Introducing Kuza

“Tenda Wema Nenda Zako!” this Swahili saying has been used widely with even a popular song adapting it as its chorus. Simply do good and walk away, even better will surely run after you and keep by you…always. Kuza being the first ever Kenyan made devotional app that seeks to provide contextualized, dynamic, interesting and transformational devotions right into the hands of every young person in the continent of Africa, we realize the need for collaborations. Bear in mind that Kuza is a Swahili word that means to Grow. We love the idea of Simply Doing Good. It’s so simple, precise and concise. What’s not to love about it…And is this not what we are mandated to do? Do good, every day, simply just do it, don’t over think it, just do it.

Kuza is written by young passionate Kenyan youth ministers who wish to get the transformative word of God conveniently in the hands of youth all over Africa. We are partnering with SDG to post socially aware devotions that will help young Kenyans and eventually Africans understand how God sees social transformation. As their spirits are transformed, so is their thinking on how to effect social change. This as a very timely partnership and are excited about what will happen as a result of the youth understanding where God’s heart lies with regards to different social issues that face our country and continent.
 
Through the Kuza and SDG collaboration the SDG Movement is able to reach more youth with the truth about social challenges that we face and how to engage them to bring about transformed societies. This is how God intended it to operate with the different gifts given to the members of the body of Christ. Rom 12:4-6, “Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us”(NIV). God is always doing amazing things among us, thank you for allowing yourself to be part of these amazing things. May God increasingly bless you and lets Simply Do Good and Kuza (Grow).
